- Account details such as name, email, phone number, class, school, city, exam preferences, and verification status.
- Learning data such as test attempts, answers, scores, timings, bookmarks, analytics, feedback, and support requests.
- Technical data such as device, browser, session, IP, logs, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
- Payment or subscription metadata when billing is enabled. Sensitive card or UPI details are processed by payment providers and are not stored by RankNiti.
2. How we use information
- To create and secure accounts, verify identity, and provide access to tests and learning features.
- To calculate results, analytics, coverage, readiness, rankings, and personalized recommendations.
- To respond to support tickets, investigate reports, fix bugs, and improve platform reliability.
- To send important product, security, billing, or support communications.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell student personal data. We may share limited data with trusted infrastructure, analytics, communication, payment, or support providers only as needed to operate the platform, comply with law, or protect users.

We use access controls, authentication, secure transport, monitoring, and operational safeguards to protect account and learning data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously improve protections.
5. Student and parent controls
- Students can update supported profile details from the account area.
- Users can contact support for account, access, privacy, or deletion-related requests.
- Some data may need to be retained for security, legal, billing, audit, or academic integrity reasons.
6. Cookies and sessions
RankNiti uses cookies or similar technologies for secure login sessions, preferences, analytics, and app reliability. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login or test-taking features from working.
7. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate platform channels.
