These terms explain how students, parents, teachers, and administrators may use RankNiti. By using the platform, you agree to follow these terms and any policies referenced here.

1. Use of the platform

RankNiti is an online exam preparation platform for practice tests, mock exams, analytics, and related learning services.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.

2. Student accounts and acceptable conduct

Do not share, sell, or transfer your account access to another person.
Do not attempt to copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially reuse question bank content, test papers, explanations, analytics, or platform data.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, payment checks, test timing rules, or security protections.

3. Educational content

We work to keep questions, answers, explanations, and analytics accurate. However, educational content may occasionally contain mistakes or require updates. Students should use the in-app feedback tools to report academic issues.

4. Subscriptions and access

A limited free tier includes selected full mocks, subject mocks, and chapter tests as described in the app.
Challenge tests, previous year premium series, and other premium content require an active subscription.
You may view leaderboards, results, and analytics for tests you have already attempted without a subscription.
Subscription pricing, billing, and plan features may change with notice where required.

5. Availability and maintenance

We may pause access temporarily for maintenance, security updates, data fixes, or infrastructure work. During maintenance, account data and submitted progress remain stored unless otherwise communicated.

6. Limitation of liability

RankNiti provides preparation tools and analytics to support learning. We do not guarantee admission, rank, score, exam performance, or a specific outcome.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
